Each room features a large bedroom, an ensuite bath with a shower, and access to a balcony with breathtaking views of the Nilgiris and the landscapes of Bandipur and Mudumalai National Parks. These rooms are ideal for families or friends traveling together, as they share a spacious common balcony.
The large glass sliding doors provide uninterrupted panoramic views of the surrounding landscape and the Nilgiri Mountains. With high ceilings and glass louvers, the rooms stay cool, even during midday heat, as the breeze flows freely through. There are just two Habitat rooms on the first floor—one with a king-size bed and the other with twin beds.

Our two separate Garden Mansions offer an expansive 1200 sq. ft. of space, thoughtfully designed to blend living, bedroom, and bath areas with privacy, without the need for excessive walls or doors. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, while the living room boasts a full queen-size bed, accommodating up to 4 adults. The mansion’s inbuilt marble seating invites you to relax and unwind, whether reading a book or simply enjoying the serene ambiance. The bath area is both bright and inviting, with an open-to-sky shower and a view of the mountains, offering a refreshing sense of freedom. The newest addition to our homestead, the Mountain Paradise is a semi-detached mansion offering some of the most exclusive views at Dhole’s Den. Overlooking our serene rainwater pond, this space features a large balcony and multiple terraces, perfect for guests to relax and take in the landscape while strolling to or from the mansion. The bath area opens to an outdoor space that provides more than just a scenic view—it evokes a sense of adventure, allowing you to step out into the border of our property and experience nature up close, beyond the confines of a window. A steel bridge connects the mansion to the main deck, where a long deck offers sweeping views of the Bandipur landscape, creating the perfect setting for a moment of togetherness. For your convenience, this mansion comes with a minibar stocked with soft drinks, so you can enjoy your private retreat without needing to call for service.
