Waiver of liability in favour of Dholes Den farm house located at Kaniyanpura, Mangala (po), Gundlupet (Tq), Chamarajanagar (Dt). The waiver of liability is hereby issued in favour of The farm house for our participation in various Activities including but not limited to: Wildlife safaris into the National Park by Jeep/Van/Bus Journey by road leading to the above safaris Nature walks Cycling or Biking Trekking Any other activity introduced by the farm house from time to time. The farm house conducts the above activities with appropriate permissions from various governing bodies. The farm house has trained its staff to conduct such activities. The farm house has also taken necessary care to ensure safety of all participants undertaking these activities. The farm house has also recommended and issued guidelines to the guests, by way of appropriate notices & displays.Dos and Don’ts etc at various vantage points including the rooms, and the care they need to take while participating in such programs. Now I/We by voluntarily participating in the above activity/activities, hereby understand and agree that the Farm House or their owners,employees,agents,or assignees (herein after called as released parties) may not be liable and may not be responsible in any way for any occurrence on this trip, which may result in personal injury, property damage, wrongful or unfortunate death or otherwise to us or to our family. heirs or assignees that may occur as a result of our participation in this trip/activity. or as a result of negligence of any party. including the released parties whether passive or active. I/We further understand and agree that other agencies including the travel agents through whom the booking was made. The Karnataka forest dept,Govt of Karnataka, Karnataka irrigation Dept,Karnataka public works Dept,Karnataka tourism Dept Etc,May not be liable & responsible in any way for any occurrence on this trip/activity, which may result in personal injury, property damage, wrongful or unfortunate death or otherwise to us or our family. heirs or assignees that may occur as a result of our participation in this trip/activity or a result of negligence of any party whether passive or active. I/We further state that we are of lawful age and are legally competent to sign this liability release or that we have obtained written consent of our parent or guardian. Further more we are not under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and have notified the trip coordinator of any ailments, or physical condition that may affect our participation on this trip, and accept that on grounds of safety a guide can at any stage prevent me/us from continuing of this trip. I/we further state that the farm house has explained clearly, beyond doubts the content of this liability to me/us before execution. It is our intention by executing this instrument to exempt and release the farm house and the released parties from all liability or responsibility whatsoever for personal damage, wrongful death, however cause, including but not limited to, the negligence of the released parties whether passive or active. We have been fully informed/apprised about the contents of this liability release and express assumption of risk by reading it before we signed on behalf of our heirs and ourselves.
